Analysis done every year to account for the activities performed during the year

Shri Arvind R.Doshi, Chairman of Maharashtra Chapter conducts the meeting and reads out the welcome speech. Honorary Secretary Shri P. R. Masurkar reads out the notice of the AGM. He also places before the meeting the minutes of previous AGM. The resolutions of annual report of the activities of the chapter are adopted. The “Plaques”, “Certificates of Excellence” and “Certificate of Merit” are awarded by Shri Arvind R. Doshi, Chairman of the Chapter, to the winners of Maharashtra Safety Awards Competition. Also Cash Prizes and Certificates to the winners of Maharashtra Safety Slogan Competition are awarded by him. The representatives from the member organisations and Life/Individual Members attend the AGM.
